Appointments/Client Forms

Thank you for your interest in JUPITER LAW CENTER. We’re open:

Monday – Thursday 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Friday 9:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Evening and Saturday appointments are available upon request.

Most of our appointments are thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes, depending upon the topic and the complexity of the issues. You should plan to arrive at our office for your appointment at least ten (10) minutes early to complete the necessary forms.

If you wish, you may print and bring the completed forms with you. We look forward to seeing you!
