Lindsey A. Daniels is no stranger to hard work and focused goals. At age 13, Lindsey was a national level figure skater, competing in the Junior Olympics. With that dedication as her background, the time and effort it has taken to become an attorney represents just another goal set and accomplished.

From Dallas, Lindsey first came to Florida in 2011 to live near the beach. Employed while in school, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, making the Dean’s List every semester as well as the Psi Chi International Honor Society and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. Working as a Legal Assistant after graduating from college, Lindsey liked the challenge and detail-oriented focus of law. That combined with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others – especially children – led her to attend Law School. Lindsey graduated (Cum Laude, 2021) from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law again making the Dean’s List every semester, and also earning membership in the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. While in Law School, Lindsey mentored students as a Teaching Fellow, worked as a research assistant, was a staff member on UNT’s Law Review Publication On The Cusp, competed in Moot Court, received three CALI Awards (an award bestowed upon the highest scoring students), interned at two Domestic Violence agencies and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children. She passed the Texas Bar Exam in 2021 and the Florida Bar in 2022. Lindsey manages the firm’s Guardianship department and handles Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Family Law and Real Estate matters.

Introduced to JUPITER LAW CENTER through another local attorney who suggested that she might be “a great fit” with the firm, Lindsey sees a strong alignment between her and JUPITER LAW CENTER’s culture of compassion, hard-driving work ethic and client focus. Residing in Palm Beach Gardens, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, cooking and skiing. She is also a diehard animal lover.
