NANCY A. FERRARO, Attorney

Nancy A. Ferraro joined JUPITER LAW CENTER in May of 2023 with rich experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship. Licensed in Florida and New Jersey, she has dedicated her career to ensuring her clients understand the law as it pertains to their particular situation so that they may make informed, empowered decisions in their everyday lives.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in Fairfield, N.J. Nancy was driven to fulfill a lifelong dream to practice law, securing her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law where she earned the honor of being elected to the Probate Law Journal. Nancy always respected the law and, even as a young girl, believed that she could change the world with the right words and her briefcase – a female F. Lee Bailey in the making. After managing and co-founding a general practice law firm in New Jersey, she moved to Florida in 2016 to expand the practice and her professional opportunities. Prior to sitting for the Florida Bar Exam, she served as a legal assistant in a boutique law firm in Hobe Sound, giving her an even greater appreciation for the work all members of a successful firm deliver, and ensuring she remains a compassionate leader of her administrative team. Upon passing the Florida Bar, Nancy focused on Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship both for other firms, and for her own, Ferraro Law, P.A., which she founded in 2018.

Nancy has worked with clients in every stage of life, from those entering new marriages to individuals working through divorce or widowhood; clients experiencing new beginnings to those caring for aging parents; from business builders to entrepreneurs planning to hand down their businesses to the next generation. She informs, explains the law, and helps her clients plan for every phase to minimize the bumps along the way. She is uniquely versed in Pet Trusts, understanding the importance of planning for our furry companions.

Nancy has two adult children, one of whom has special needs, and she is the award-winning author of the memoir, When the Bough Breaks, in which she shares her journey through parenting a child with severe developmental challenges. Her mission is to shed light and share hope to anyone whose child faces difficulties. In addition, Nancy founded WOWW, Women of Will and Worth in Palm Beach and Martin Counties and is an Advisory Board Member for the African Orphan Educational Foundation. She lives in Palm Beach County with her four-legged furry child, Trover.
